Collaborate with our Professional Designers and allow us to guide you through our design process.

How it works

  • Step One

    You tell us about yourself in our questionnaire. Then email us inspirational pictures or your Pinterest Boards. This helps us get to know you before our first video call.

  • Step Two

    During your first video call, we will discuss what pieces you are keeping, what you love about your inspirational pictures, and how you want the room to feel and function.

    We will determine the layout of your room and list what pieces you need.

    After the call, we will email you a 2D floor plan that is sized to scale so you can see the measurements and layout of the pieces. Once you approve we will begin shopping!

  • Step 3

    This is where we bring your signature style to life.

    We shop for pieces you will love while staying on budget.

    We will present your design to you on a video call. You will receive a 2D Rendering, Moodboard, and shopping list.

    During this presentation, your designer will explain your selections and receive your feedback for revisions.

    You will have 5 business days of revisions to ensure you are 100% happy. During this time, we will email you other selections to choose from and update your mood board with your confirmed selections.

    The process typically takes 15 business days, but we are flexible to accommodate your schedule.

  • We are happy to work with any size budget! If you have any questions just email us.

  • The process normally takes 15 business days. If we are designing with many custom pieces then it will take longer in order for us to check availability and prices. The timeline also depends on how quickly you can make decisions. Sometimes you may be waiting on samples so we are flexible!

  • If you have the floor plan with exact dimensions we can start the e-design process.

  • You will have 2 video/phone consultations and email with your Designer while you finalize your selections.

  • Don’t worry revisions are normal and expected! During your second phone call be completely honest with your Designer. They will email you other options and update your list with your final selections.

  • No, the E-Design Virtual Designs and The Monthly Design Assistant Shopping Membership are separate services. We purposely separated them so that you can pause or cancel the monthly shopping service when you are not purchasing furniture.
