By becoming a member of our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your membership is subject to your acceptance of these terms.
Membership Eligibility
Membership Fees, Ordering, and Payments
Membership fees are due upon registration and are refundable during the first 30 days if you have not requested quotes or purchased through Design Broker. Failure to make payment may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.
By providing a credit card or other payment method that Design Broker accepts, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any taxes and other charges).
Design Broker currently accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal. All transactions are handled through an SSL secure server powered by Stripe and Paypal.
If your payment method cannot be verified or is invalid, Design Broker will notify you as soon as possible, and your order may be suspended or canceled if you do not resolve the issue within 48 hours or as required by the vendor.
Member Responsibilities
As a member, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Use the website for lawful purposes and do not engage in any illegal or harmful activities
Notify us immediately if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Services or your account. Design Broker is not responsible for any sale, service, or communication error caused by inaccurate or outdated account information.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our website.
Membership Cancellation and Pause:
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products
Design Broker does its best and fastest available solution, in the unlikely occurrence that your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please inspect the packaging and open your package immediately (BEFORE SIGNING) to inspect the item. If the packaging or the item has obvious damage or is otherwise incorrect, refuse the shipment and mark it as “damaged.” Please take clear photos of the damaged packaging or damaged item. After you refuse the shipment, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@designbroker.co with photos of the damage stating your refusal of delivery. Design Broker will file your claim to the vendor and contact you with their refund or exchange options or any resolutions they may offer.
Intellectual Property and Modifications
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the property of our website or its respective owners. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to change any and all Materials and to modify, suspend or stop providing access to the Services at any time, without notice. You acknowledge that temporary interruptions in the availability of the Services may occur from time to time as normal events.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or membership services.
